We truly hope you love your Mamas & Co. piece as much as we loved making it for you. Each outfit is designed and checked with care before it leaves our studio but if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.
We’re a small homegrown brand, and every piece is made in limited batches, so we handle returns and complaints with special attention and fairness.
If You Have an Issue
If you notice any damage or defect with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving it.
This helps us review the concern quickly and resolve it fairly.

Complaints raised after 24 hours won’t be eligible for review, as we’re unable to verify the product’s condition once it’s been handled or used.
🤍 Returns & Exchanges
We don’t offer refunds, but we’re happy to provide store credit or a product exchange for eligible returns so you can find your perfect fit or style.
To be eligible for a return:
Please request your return within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once approved, please send the piece back using a trackable courier service.
(Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless there’s a verified error or defect.)
When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit (excluding shipping charges) within 5–7 business days via email.

Every Mamas & Co. piece is made in-house, from scratch, using soft, skin-friendly fabrics designed for mothers at every stage. Minor creasing or fabric folds during transit are normal and not considered defects.
